Up to Day 14

Well exercise still going well although counting 800 plus jump ropes is beginning to get confusing.

My issue lies with the diet, which to be honest, I have only had one day's success.  I question the rationale.  I don't want to lose weight and I have minimal body fat at the moment.  My main goal is fitness.  Therefore is the lack of diet (and my current diet is not that bad) going to affect my FIYL success.  Comments welcomed and appreciated.

Week 2 - Days 8, 9 and 10

Not gone well as I have been travelling on business. Eating normally and drinking excessively (out with clients). No exercise. Back home tomorrow and intend to make amends and get things back on track.

Day 5 / 6

Exercise going well. Diet, no further comment. Not looking forward to the 500 jumps tomorrow.

Day 3

Another disaster on the diet front but success on the exercise front.  I am waiting for Kev to advise on the consequences on not following the "half" diet.  To try to offset I completed Day 3 exercises reasonably easily and added a run into my workout.  I have a feeling we are being lulled into a false sense of security!

Day 2

How am I going to adapt to this new eating lifestyle.  Day 2 is another disaster with full portions all round. Any ideas???????

On the plus side Day 2 exercises done and relatively easy.  I suspect this won't be the case throughout.

Day 1 - Starting Weight 70kgs

Disaster. Sitting in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) airport. Retuning from a business trip. In short - full, normal diet and no time for exercise. That said, the only positive move is the purchase of the jump rope ready for tomorrow!
