Well exercise still going well although counting 800 plus jump ropes is beginning to get confusing.
My issue lies with the diet, which to be honest, I have only had one day's success. I question the rationale. I don't want to lose weight and I have minimal body fat at the moment. My main goal is fitness. Therefore is the lack of diet (and my current diet is not that bad) going to affect my FIYL success. Comments welcomed and appreciated.

Hey Tony,
ReplyDeleteFitness...what specifically do you mean? How fit do you wish to be? What is hindering you? What time-frame have you set to achieve your goal?
If you want to be in the shape of your life before May and learn how to sustain great form over the long term, then stick with me. If that's not for you, then that's cool too.
Best wishes,
Kevin
